We were born in Galicia after a very negative experience of our founder, Yago when he used to work in fast fashion. It all started in 2018 when he had to travel for work, first to Cambodia and then to India, looking to make a production for a client. What he found there marked his opinion on this industry forever. Clandestine workshops manufacturing garments for €1 for the largest companies in the world, while workers don't earn €5/month, children carrying boxes, people without masks inhaling toxic fumes, rivers of colours and mountains of plastic, all among other atrocities. Knowing the reality of who is behind the garments we consume made him consider starting a project where TRANSPARENCY and traceability were its basis.

When we founded the brand in 2019, our goal was to create a fun project with which we could share our passion for nature and adventure with others. A brand that, while society encourages us to constantly change our closet, would offer timeless and versatile garments that we can wear both in the office and on a mountain trail.

NWHR's inspiration, which is a contraction of the word "nowhere", comes from everything that makes us free and brings us happiness. It is a responsible way of making clothing that guarantees a future for our suppliers and for the planet.
