ORDERING
The easiest way to order from us is to purchase via our website using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal. Once you have processed your order online, you will receive an email confirming that the order and payment have been received.
We are also happy to take orders over the phone or via email if preferred. Payment for manual orders can be made by credit card.
To process an order manually, please contact us directly with details of your order, preferred payment method, your shipping address, email address, and phone number.

DELIVERY & DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped by Tuesday. As a small business run alongside a young family, we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
To keep shipping costs down, we offer free shipping on orders over $200.
While we work fast to pack every order, please note that we’re based in rural SA, so delivery times can vary. We recommend allowing an extra day for your parcel to arrive.
PREORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items are clearly labelled. If your order contains any preorder items, please note that the entire order will be shipped once the final piece has arrived in store. If you would like your in stock items prior to the pre-order items, please either process your orders separately or a $9.95 freight will be charged for partially shipped orders.
